Anchored by the most intense and violent opening sequence in horror, "Suspiria" is a technicolor nightmare. Argento does horrible things (almost unimaginable things) to his character and you're stuck wondering what will happen next to whom .
.. and why! A master at his peak, "Suspiria" is as good as it gets.
