Review of Silver Hawk (2004) by Phil N — 02 Jun 2010
Michelle Yeoh is perfectly cast as the high-kicking, motorbike riding crime fighter, taking on that fella from Bros who wants to enslave the world with his latest mobile phone app. Shame the film panders to Western audiences with its English dialogue as the supporting cast are dire, with wild over-acting or poor over-dubbing which kinda ruins it.
There's the germ of a good film in here if only they could focus more on Yeoh and her action skills.
