Entertaining old-fashioned pulp adventure. The action is livelier than you'd expect from a film of this era, and it has a fast-paced plot and colorful cast - Richard Dix is fun as the boozy but gallant hero, and Gwili Andre is beautiful and mysterious.
Not quite memorable enough to be a classic, but solid entertainment for classic movie fans.
