Review of Polytechnique (2009) by Mel S — 22 Mar 2009
A raw, straight-forward look at the massacre which shook all of Canada. This film spoke more through strong visuals and less dialogue, which made for a very powerful film. The direction, cinematography, the score, the choice to shoot in black and white, all worked out very well.
The way this film was shot gave me chills.
