Otto; Or, Up with Dead People is a gay zombie love story from Bruce LaBruce. I like LaBruce's work and this film was very "out there" in terms of how the story was told, the visuals, and the music.
Ultimately the viewer is asked to interpret Otto's psyche as he struggles to find his place in the world. It's a good film. Not for prudes as there is a fair amount of nudity and a sex scene involving a penis and a stomach wound.
All in all, enjoyable.
