I have a feeling this inspired Lost in Translation, but is superior to that turkey. This tale of a quirky relationship between two strangers is perfect for French cinema's well-honed style. Worth a look.
Oh and the bit where Miss Béart exits the swimming pool are far better than Ursula Andress in Dr No. ;).
