Review of Monsters (2010) by Jared A — 06 Jul 2013

I really enjoyed this movie. If you were a fan of Cloverfield then chances are you will enjoy this. Parts of Mexico have been inhabited by aliens and is an infected zone. Two travellers have to traverse their way through. The plot is not really important.

What I really liked were the visuals and the superb soundtrack. The film keeps you in suspense until the very end and is not your usual 'aliens attack the Earth' type of movie. The pace may be a little slow for some but it is the alure of what may happen to the two main characters and the chemistry between them that keeps you hooked. Highly recommended.
