A very good documentary on the downward spiral and rebirth of Metallica, Its great to see how it all unfolded with the album "St Anger" and the many things that happend before, during, and the aftermath, Had alot of touching moments, And it made the guys look human and not always like gods.
A definet must see for fans of the band and others.
