Review of Memories of Murder (2003) by Luke B — 17 Apr 2007
A beautifully shot and well acted Korean answer to Se7en. At first we dislike the police, as they just look for a scapegoat. It isn't long til we are cheering them on as they take on a killer against all the odds.
Has some great moments of dark comedy. The scene as the killer hunts his prey in the pouring rain is terrifying.
