An absolutely astounding portrait of Brian Wilson during the Pet Sounds / SMiLE sessions and also during his recovery in the 80s & 90s. Superb performances across the board with a special shout out to Paul Dano's perfect physical and emotional performance and to Elizabeth Banks' nuanced and compassionate performance.
