I saw the island of doctor monroe in the theater as a teenager. It was memorable because it was so weird. I tend to like these documentaries like lost in la mancha, Jodorowsky's Dune etc. about film making gone wrong.

There are so many things that can go wrong and its unfortunate because you can get a sense of the original vision.
