This is a great story and a classic movie well worth your time. Billy Haywood is the perfect man or shall I say kid to take over the Minnesota Twins organization and turn the team around. Even though a few players aren't on board with him managing, he eventually wins them over and wins over every obstacle standing in his way, except Ken Griffey Jr.
