Review of Le Corbeau (1943) by Peter H — 24 Nov 2007
I found brilliant and engaging for the extensive use of POV shots that allows a process of identification between the specator and the diegesis. I think this film thematized spectatorship and voyeurism a bit earlier than Hitchcock's Rear Window (1954), and this is particularly evident in the keyhole shot.
Anyway, it's a classic!
