Review of Kung Fury (2015) by Alex S — 07 Oct 2015
It's amazing how this 30 minute short film is more entertaining than most action films of today.
It is possibly also the greatest short film of all time too because there is nothing quite like it. Imagine a Grindhouse throwback film like Hobo with a Shotgun, but instead of Grindhouse, it's the VHS and early video games era but a lot more over the top.
It's bad, it's very 80's cultured but it's extremely entertaining.
Originally was just a fan made trailer but due to its popularity, funding turned it into this wonderful short film with a song and brilliant cameo provided by David Hasselhoff.
