Review of Justice League Dark (2017) by Late R — 21 Oct 2017
Featuring some of the more obscure DC characters and very little of the well-known ones, you may find yourself wondering who half the characters are or what their backstories are, a problem that is exacerbated when there's too many of them running around and not enough time to get to know or care about them.
Add to that a somewhat convoluted plot that doesn't really engage you and you have a rather lifeless film. On the plus side, there's potential for something interesting involving Constantine, Zatana and their supernatural world - just far less stuffed and more emotional heft next time, please.
