This is a psychological thriller that truly gets under your skin. The reason "Joshua" is so disturbing is the fact that it is only the beginning of a much darker story that lies ahead for the characters.
Like great directors, George Ratliff leaves the rest to the audience's imagination. Also, Sam Rockwell delivers a powerful performance.
