Review of Jesus' Son (2000) by Abby R — 23 Jun 2007
Such a good movie! For those not interrested because of they're "iffy about God" it's not about God. The title was chosen from the lyrics of The Velvet Underground's "Heroin".
Crudup does a great job. His character is so charismatic in a broken down, naive sense. Jack Black does a good job as well. It's refreshing to not have to hear "che-lo! you've got a bass!" jokes.
