Review of Immortal (2004) by Paul B — 10 Jan 2008

I don't usually go into a movie with expectations, and I made a mistake...I did with this film. I saw the trailer and got really excited. Don't get me wrong, I really enjoyed this film. I've always wanted to see a story that portrayed the gods of the egyptian underworld.

..but I didn't get much of that. And I did enjoy the meshing of real characters and cgi characters, but theres was no real rhyme or reason as to who was real and who was fake. I loved the story and Linda Hardy was fantastic and beautiful in the lead role.

I feel like with a little bigger of a budget they could have made this a 5-star movie easily.
