Review of Humoresque (1947) by Timothy K — 13 Apr 2012
A beautifully made film. Wonderful performances, breathtaking music, and astounding camera work. There's nothing not to like about this film. It's a great example of an early exercise in depth and arcing character emotions.
From true happiness to bitter sadness. Within the first ten minutes, I was speechless and completely invested.
