Review of Happy New Year (2014) by Raj C — 25 Oct 2014

This is exactly what I expected from this movie. Complete entertainment with all frills attached. The backdrop of a heist was dealt in a humorous note with few typical Bollywood emotions. Choreography was spot on and some action scenes were impressive.

Shah Rukh was relatively sober than his counterparts. The show was stolen by Abhishek Bacchan whose comic timing was hilarious. Overall happy new year will make you happy if you enter the theater with the right mindset of watching a 3 hour non sense movie that aims only to make you laugh without brains.
