Review of Hanna (2011) by Jason T — 21 May 2013
An electrifying action-filled favorite that continues to impress upon repeat viewings. The script is a straightforward play on the 'innocent child/action hero' trope, yet everything about the movie makes it all seem brand new and terrifying - from the Chemical Brothers intense soundtrack [employed effectively to include FX and character dialogue] to the crisp performances delivered by Ronan and Olivia Williams, this is a must-see for action movie enthusiasts and viewers interested in seeing a little girl kick a ludicrous amount of butt.
5/5 HIghly Recommended, a movie that can be watched again and again.
