Review of Getting Even with Dad (1994) by Kate J — 11 Sep 2006
Yet another pathetic attempt to promote the overrated Macaulay Culkin into the title of a great child actor. I happen to think that his films are stupid and pointless. The film tries to stabalize the relationship between father and son along with his plot for revenge.
Highly doubtful that Culkin would overpower Ted Danson in any sort of a brawl. Getting Even With Dad may appeal to the younger audience. But hopefully will be forgotten as one of the most pathetic attempts for family entertainment in a long time.
