Review of Gandhi (1982) by Zaidsheikh94 S — 19 Jul 2009
This film gives an incredible an accurate information on the life of one of the greatest and most influential leaders of the 20th century. Ben Kingsley gives an amazing performance. What makes his performance more better is that he is not an Indian.
Several events of the Inidan Independence Movement are shown realastically and the best scene is probably the Jallian Wala Bagh Masaccre. The film may not show Gandhi's childhood but is not just informational but entertaining too.
