Watched this last night on Netflix and woke up this morning feeling like I needed to rethink the way I am eating. Seems obvious -- what you put in your body has a direct effect on your health. It's hard to argue with eating more raw foods, more locally sourced foods and taking vitamins. Also learned some interesting facts that the drug companies don't want you to know about -- like high doses of vitamins have no ill effects and that there are lots of studies around the positive affects of high doses of certain vitamins. Need to learn more about certain super foods as well. Spirolina? Sounds gross, but apparently it has the highest concentration of protein in the vegetable world.

Rocket science huh? Eat better foods, exercise and avoid fatty chemical laden stuff.
