Review of Earth vs. the Flying Saucers (1956) by Alex N — 25 Jan 2008
Good. Not the best I've seen, and not all of the plot makes sense, but the acting is decent and the special effects, done by Ray Harryhausen, are beautiful for their time. The best parts are those with the flying saucers, and there's an incredible battle scene where flying saucers are crashing into the White House and the Washington Monument.
