Certainly one of Benny Chan's lesser films but not without it's faults. Some nice performances not withstanding the film seems fractured with it's premise and characters although many parts work well on their own.
In terms of action it is also a little poor akthough the chase and fight featuring Mr. Kwok and Mr. wu in a market is pretty sweet. Not bad but not great.
