This is the worst representation of sleep paralysis that I have ever seen. I have sleep paralysis and I can assure you, this is not what happens. I think this was made to be a horror movie, but at the same time the makers of this movie are mocking the lives of people who actually experience sleep paralysis.
Did they do any actual research on sleep paralysis?? This whole production reduces my faith in humanity tbh.
