Review of Dating the Enemy (1996) by K J E — 20 Nov 2007
The old body swapping gag has been done to death in 'What Women Want', 'Freaky Friday', 'Vice-Versa' etc, but this Australian gem is one of the better ones. Guy Pearce and Claudia Karvan are hilarious playing opposites.
Predictable as expected, but the bulk of the movie is tremendous fun thanks to the leads. Even goes a few places the other 'body swap' movies don't (sex, periods, spontaneous erections). Lotsa fun!!
