Was surprised to discover Whit had a new film out, happy because I love all Barcelona, Metropolitan and Last Days of Disco, which I didn't get until I say Barcelona.

With Damels' Whit wants a new direction, maybe not in Disco the story was driven be the girls characters.

I feel like the characters in Damsels were more like superlative tassels, Lily was great, Violet was okay she didn't carry the narrative the way Chris E does, the thing is, her character was in the same tone.

The film has great moments, overt perversions of real life, and a compelling case about mislabeling frat boys and bro types, some of the dialogue is way way forced mostly from Megalyn many of the words she uses do not fit, no matter how many times she says them.
