Review of Clean, Shaven (1995) by Carol H — 28 Dec 2008
A shocking and disturbing portrayal of schizophrenia, this film is at worst difficult to penetrate and at best haunting and moving. The film offers practically no answers to the many questions posed and shows the wear of a director running out of money, but maintains its persistent, intense grasp throughout.
