Review of Chicago (2002) by Helen J — 19 Jul 2010
Absoltely love this movie. Watched it again this weekend as I waited on the computer repairman. Love the dancing and singing and how it all flows together. Probably the only song I don't like is "Mr. Cellophane" but that is just because it didn't seem to fit. It was like they were forcing that character on the audience. But I am warming up to it the more I watch. To me, this is a musical classic. Just love watching "Cell Block Tango". Awesome!!
Was excited about "Nine" coming out since it was from the same creators of "Chicago" but was very disappointed. Too depressing and all that smoking was a distraction but I will go do an evaluation of that on its own.
