Review of Cemetery Junction (2010) by Sol H — 16 Apr 2010
Brilliant writing, directing and acting :).
It was an inspiring and moving film and really encapsulated the character's frustrations in their lives.
The issues of women's oppression and racism were subtle but still poignant so were dealt with really well, without making you feel lectured about it.
Some really hilarious comedy moments as well as emotional ones.
A definite must see, even if you don't like Ricky Gervais (so you've got no excuse!!). I loved it! :D.
Ps: watch out for Karl Pilkington's appearance haha.
