Review of Atrocious (2010) by Molly C — 24 Jun 2012

In the wake of [rec] and Paranormal Activity as well as the slew of shitty copycats, Atrocious stands out. Definitely harkening back to those Blair Witch days when found-footage felt kind of fresh. Atrocious consistently maintained my interest and made me dreadfully uncomfortable.

Also the character never seemed too flat or overblown, everyone was right where they needed to be. And the reveal, while not groundbreaking, was still a fun little surprise. Definitely worth a bored late-afternoon looksee.
