Review of Alien Trespass (2009) by Chris H — 24 Mar 2009
Although portraying itself somewhat as a satire of '50s sci-fi films, this really is more of an homage to them. It utilizes all the stereotypes of these types of films, but doesn't take the piss out of them.
It tries to pass itself off as a "lost" film of the era, but use of CGI really prevents it from truly passing itself off as such. Nevertheless, it is an enjoyable homage to the sci-fi filmmaking of the '50s and has an engaging cast.
