"A Wednesday" is both a well-paced thriller and a thought-provoking social commentary. It is the rare Bollywood movie that is devoid of song and dance, the perfect runtime, and grounded in reality.

I enjoyed this movie because it kept me on the edge of my seat and I never knew what turn the story would take. The strong lead performances also kept me more than engaged in the dialogue-heavy moments.

It's an unconventional movie in the world of Indian cinema that is worth checking out due to the big and challenging ideas it presents.
