Writer/director Yoo Ha hits this ball way out there in the cheap seats. His take on Seoul, Korea's not so underground mob scene well paced, acted, and choreographed. There r a couple a raw fight sequences that some American choreographers could learn a thing or two from.
If you like organized crime films this Korean import is definitly worth yo dime & yo time.
