Review of Zabriskie Point (1970) by Y'ng Y — 24 Sep 2008

This movie really got me with a left from the right. Flickin channels I stumbled upon it, started watchin it and really dug the vibe/style (i'm in love with the mood/nostalgia set in these kinda movies) but was drawn more and more into it as it went on.

The desert orgy truly came out of nowhere, and the long periods of no dialogue reminded me of vanishing point quite a bit. I actually love movies like these that are obviously trying to tell way more than it can.
