Review of Y Tu Mamá También (2001) by Jeremy C — 15 Jul 2008
This movie is so insanely drenched with rawness and adventure. It's the story of awakening for three characters, two of them teenage boys and the other a middle-aged woman. Even though it would seem like that is such a contrasting difference, they all have revelations about life on what is one of the most memorable road trips in cinema.
Technically, this film is astounding, as one would expect from Cuaron. The cast is a joy, and everything about this film is special.
