Review of Womb (2010) by Jon C — 24 Jul 2011
Very haunting, emotional and unsettling.
I love the subtley of it all.
The look, the atmosphere, hardly any music, full-scale acting and the draining feelings of isolation and desire to second-chance everything.
Eva Green displays perfect pain and suffering as a woman who wants nothing more than to be with the man she loves even if it means bringing him back with the worst intentions.
Life isnt easy when it comes to controlling the conflicting emotions and setting up moral boundaries.
Awesome cinematography with an almost futuristic-plot element that rings controversy.
A tale where science rivals nature/nuture.
