For such an interesting topic, this was a really boring documentary. There were so many good stories that were never followed through on. Basicly just a list of all the crazy shit that happened in and around this town.

I wanted to like it, but it was too slow and not enough information for my liking. Oh and the whispering when someone was sent off to the mental institute, was VERY annoying.
