Irritating & confusing- almost none of the characters is lovable enough to project thyself on; the message of the whole movie looks totally contradicting after all. Too cold, heavy & serious for a comedy but too light for a proper drama.
What remain are the acting from the ensemble cast & the landscape of Flatey, Iceland.
