Social commentary on how this young attractive upper class white girl does a bunch of coke, parties her ass off for a few months, sells 2 ounces to her friends, but doesn't have to pay for her crime.
Meanwhile her friend goes to jail for murdering a guy because he was beating her up. The best scene in the movie is when she is talking to the attorney and he asks her how she knows the guy. She says "He's my neighbor.
