Apparently a social satire, the movie tries to address a lot of social issues. Without a clamour, it lampoons the lathi wielding Sarpanch, the superstitious amma who would wed her daughter to a dog to prevent her fate from leading her to dogs.

..and obviously it's a break from all mega-urban milieu. It's a nice movie.
