Review of Two Hands (1999) by Vig S — 24 Jan 2008
It's a small way to pay tribute, but I'm reviewing what I feel are Heath Ledgers' four best films; and this one is my favourite. It's the best Aussie film I've ever seen, and will forever be an all time favourite.
Like 'The Castle' it captures Aussie 'anglo' culture so perfectly, only in a dark comedic way. It's the Australian 'Lock, Stock, & Two Smoking Barrels'! As good as Ledger's performance keep your eye on Bryan Brown's character 'Pando'.
He's the highlight of the film. "Sorry Jim" :).
