Well, this doesn't even feel like a Troma movie. Most of the time it feels like one of those Italian knock-off action flicks. Jokes aren't funny, the action is badly edited (but plenty of bullets and dead bodies), and the acting actually isn't bad enough to laugh at it.
It could be Kaufman's best directorial effort (some melodramatic moments are almost competent), but it's just not entertaining enough. SKIP IT.
