Review of Toy Story 3 (2010) by Shane B — 10 Jan 2015
One of Pixar's finest films and a deeply satisfying conclusion to one of the best trilogies in recent years. Not only does it wrap everything together perfectly, it does impact you with its emotion and themes of growing older and moving on, while at the same time making you laugh hysterically.
There are also some great ties and references to the first two movies, and it feels great to be back with some of your favorite characters. This is one of the best films of 2010, both in animation and film in general, and an incredible ending to a fantastic franchise.
..at least until Toy Story 4 comes along.
