This movie has 2 actors I really like michael madsen and vinnie jones so im always happy to seen them in a movie and it was cool seeing robert carradine :) I thought this movie was really interesting with the world running out of gas so that threw the world into a post-apocalptic setting so its every man for himself with the movie being based on a group of survivors living in a big empty hospital just trying to make a new life for themselves but then being found out by a nasty group of cannibals with axes and hatchets.

now theres not tons of gore or people being eaten alive or anything but you get your bloody moments with the kills.
