Well written and crafted for a low budget film. They Look Like People builds just enough suspense and tension to keep you locked in your seat in anticipation, wondering what is real. The actors did fairly well in bringing believability to their characters and there were a couple of really good moments, but the ending was painfully unsatisfactory and ultimately disappointing.
