Being that most of the material emerging from indie cinema of recent seem geared to hipsters, it's rare to come across something like The Vicious Kind. It's a savage film, much closer in spirit to what the '90's had to offer.
An actor to watch for, Adam Scott is able to find humor and sympathy into an otherwise callous personality.
