I think one of the first things the director asked was ok lets see your sad face to Miss Windsor, There is so much power in that look that it is almost overbearing heartbreak, great camera angles and cinematography as well as creepy scenes, SPOILER- I really thought she would be smiling in the end.
..but you look closely on the bus she is really starting to cry for the first time in the movie.
